A Note From Kim

I’ve always been more interested in people than pours.

Long before I was guiding tastings or sourcing special bottles, I was creating experiences, bringing people together through hospitality, storytelling, food, culture, and community.

My Caribbean roots are part of that. They shaped the way I think about flavor, warmth, and what it means to make people feel welcome.

Spirits have a way of opening doors: to conversation, connection, and sometimes an entirely new perspective.
